Overall
Vision Originality Technique ImpactWhile this photo catches the eye with its interesting colours and shades of blue, it has both its upsides and downsides.
As upsides it has the great light play and nuances of blue as well as to some degree composition.
On the downsides, though, the composition is not perfect as it leaves a bit too much space unused and cuts the object off at the left. Also while the background is well blurred as to not distract the photo lacks sharpness and focus at some of the key points off the object, like most of the drops and strands.
All in all - great light play, great subject, great idea, not up to par performance in making the idea work.
